The project at hand encompasses two distinct yet complementary phases of renovation that are sure to elevate our clients living experience and transform their home into a modern and sophisticated abode.

The first phase involves the demolition of an existing conservatory to make way for a single-storey rear extension. The aim of this project is to create a seamless open-plan kitchen and living area that is both functional and inviting. The addition of a utility room and an updated wet room to bathroom will further enhance the functionality of the space, and the partial removal of internal walls between the open-plan area and living area will create a sense of openness and flow.

The design of the extension is harmoniously blended with the existing residential property to create a seamless aesthetic that is as if the works were built at the same time. A roof light on the flat roof will allow an abundance of natural light to flood into the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The second phase is a loft conversion with a rear dormer that will add a new dimension to our clients living experience. This project creates space for two bedrooms, one of which boasts an en-suite, providing ample space and privacy for all family members. The design of the loft conversion is in keeping with the existing home, providing a harmonious and cohesive aesthetic that is sure to impress.

In consideration of our client's needs, we have offered to complete two separate designs for the two projects, which can be submitted to the local authority separately. With the requirement that building works must start within three years of planning approval, our client has the flexibility to choose when to start the second project.
