Greenhill, Herne Bay

We are pleased to announce that the planning planning permission for a comprehensive renovation of a property in the seaside town of Broadstairs in Kent has been accepted.

The proposed changes include a hip to gable roof extension, a rear dormer window extension, the addition of rooflights in the front elevation and a six meter single storey rear extension.

The aim of this renovation was to create a more functional living space that meets the needs of our clients. The extension features an open plan kitchen, living and dining area at the rear, while the front room of the home will be designated as a playroom for the children.

Furthermore, the loft conversion will provide additional living space in the form of two bedrooms. This renovation will not only increase the overall size of the property, but will also improve the quality of life for our clients, making it an ideal family home in this delightful seaside town.
