We are pleased to announce that the planning application for a two storey rear extension, the insertion of a new roof, and the installation of a first floor window, has been accepted.

This design was carefully crafted to not only be in keeping with the existing home and area of Ashford, Kent, it was crafted to meet the needs of our clients, who were seeking to create a family home that would accommodate their growing household.

Our clients requirements for their property renovation included the installation of two bi fold doors to the rear of the property, one for the open plan living and dining area, the other for the kitchen, both leading to the rear garden.

Additionally they sought to have an extra bedroom with an ensuite to the upper floor, as well as a main bathroom and master bedroom with its own ensuite. These modifications were necessary to meet the changing needs of their growing household.
