Our team successfully navigated two separate planning applications for our clients, adapting to their evolving vision and providing tailored solutions.

The first architectural design, accepted by the authorities, incorporated a comprehensive renovation, featuring a ground floor rear infill extension, a first floor rear extension, a loft conversion with two front dormers and one rear dormer, and an internal remodel to seamlessly integrate these changes.

The second and final architectural design, also accepted, focused on maximizing space and light through the creation of an open-plan living area. The design calls for the erection of a part single-story, part two-story rear extension, comprising a spacious kitchen, dining and snug area on the ground floor, complete with bi-fold doors leading to an outdoor entertaining space and a roof lantern for ample natural light.

The first floor features a new master bedroom, complete with an ensuite and ample wardrobe space, providing a tranquil retreat for the owners.

The design is respectful of the existing build and is in keeping with the local Tonbridge area, offering a seamless integration into the neighbourhood. Our team is proud to have brought our clients' vision to life, delivering a functional and aesthetically pleasing home.
